PAINTING A SCENE OF PREDATION

The balance of nature is largely based on predator-prey dynamics. Monique has observed wolves and the large herbivores they feed on in Northern Ontario and the Rocky Mountains. The artist has painted several paintings showing sometimes dramatic interactions… Her magnificent painting THE CHASE received the Best Oil of the Show mention during a group exhibition in Kansas in the 90s.
