Original paintings

Inquiries, orders and reservations must be made by e-mail or by phone at 418 764-2092.

When making a phone call, the payment can be made with a Visa or Mastercard credit card or by Interac e-Transfer. Cheques are accepted.

The payment can also be made following the sending of an invoice by e-mail allowing you to pay with a PayPal account or a Visa or Mastercard credit card


Fine art limited edition prints (giclées and photolithographies)

Taxes

Taxes are applied according to the delivery address of the order.

In Québec, the federal tax (GST: 5%) and the provincial tax (QST: 9.975%) are added to the cost of items and to the shipping fees.

For New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Labrador, and Prince Edward Island: 15% (HST)

Ontario: 13% (HST)

Manitoba, Saskatchewan and British Columbia: 5% GST only.

Alberta, Yukon, Nunavut, and Northwest Territories: 5% GST.

International orders are not subject to any Canadian tax. However, they may be subjected to customs fees that must be paid by the customer.

Return policy

Items are firm sales. They are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

Reservation deposit

No deposit paid for the reservation of a painting or a fine art print can be refunded.

DELIVERY FEES AND SHIPPING METHODS

Original paintings

Delivery is free in Canada.

Outside Canada, the shipping rates are added to the order and vary according to the weight of the package, its dimensions and your postal code.

The original paintings are shipped via Canada Post or via a carrier.

Fine art prints

In Canada, the shipping rates are included in the prices displayed on the store. The fine art prints are shipped via Canada Post or via a carrier.

Outside Canada, the shipping rates are added to the order and vary according to the weight of the package, its dimensions and your postal code. The fine art prints are shipped via Canada Post or via a carrier.

Book

The shipping rates are included in the price displayed on the store. The art book Frisson Sacré du monde sauvage is shipped via Canada Post.

Delivery times

The delivery times include the handling and the shipping of the order:

Québec: 3 to 7 working days

Canada (outside Québec): 5 to 10 working days

International: 10 to 15 working days

Delivery tracking

When purchasing original paintings and fine art limited edition prints, an e‑mail will be sent to inform you that the order is on the way and to send you the tracking number of your parcel, if available.

Fiscal Advantages of Buying Canadian Art

To support the acquisition of Canadian artworks, both governments have given individuals and companies that operate a business the opportunity to deduct a portion of the amortization of the cost of acquisition. The work must be exhibited in the individual or company's place of business to benefit from the amortization.
