UNEXPECTED INSPIRATION

This impressive painting bears witness to the many years that Monique and her family lived in a huge wildlife sanctuary in Northern Ontario.

Former logging areas sometimes constitute dynamic habitats, appreciated by several species such as moose, black bear, snowshoe hare… and Canada lynx. The artist likes to paint the woodpeckers, the main subjects of this incomparable work.
