The Chic-Choc Mountains

Gisèle fell in love with moose while visiting the Chic-Choc Mountains in 1979. Since this memorable journey, she often paints the largest deer in the world in the grandiose settings of the famous Gaspé mountains, where her passion grew as she acquires knowledge about wildlife behaviour. In 2024, the artist still hikes through the Chic-Chocs in search of inspiration.
